Hiring : Crypto Trader

Key Responsibilities

Execute cryptocurrency trades across spot, futures, and derivatives markets based on approved strategies
Monitor real-time market movements, price trends, volume, and liquidity across multiple exchanges
Analyze technical indicators, charts, and market data to identify profitable trading opportunities
Manage risk through proper position sizing, stop-loss strategies, and capital allocation
Track portfolio performance, profit & loss (P&L), and exposure across assets
Stay updated with crypto market news, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic factors affecting digital assets
Maintain detailed trade logs, reports, and performance summaries
Ensure adherence to company trading policies, risk limits, and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with risk management, compliance, and operations teams as required
Provide regular market insights, trade rationale, and performance reports to management

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (certifications in trading or blockchain are a plus)
Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, financial markets, or related trading roles
Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain fundamentals, and digital asset ecosystems
Proficiency in trading platforms, charting tools, and technical analysis software
Solid knowledge of risk management, leverage, and portfolio diversification
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
High level of discipline, emotional control, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced market environments
