Hiring : Cheif Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies
Supervise and guide accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns (if applicable)
Support management with financial analysis, reports, and recommendations

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA / CMA / CPA preferred)
Proven experience in accounting or finance, with leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong communication and team management skills
