Chief Accountant
Oversee accounting operations, financial statements and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses and financial performance.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
- Supervise and guide accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory returns.
- Support management with financial analysis, reports and recommendations.
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field. CA, CMA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, with leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and compliance.

Execute cryptocurrency trades across spot, futures and derivatives markets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute cryptocurrency trades across spot, futures and derivatives markets based on approved strategies.
- Monitor real-time market movements, price trends, volume and liquidity across multiple exchanges.
- Analyse technical indicators, charts and market data to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Manage risk through proper position sizing, stop-loss strategies and capital allocation.
- Track portfolio performance, profit and loss, and exposure across assets.
- Stay updated with crypto market news, regulatory updates and macroeconomic factors affecting digital assets.
- Maintain detailed trade logs, reports and performance summaries.
- Ensure adherence to company trading policies, risk limits and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with risk management, compliance and operations teams as required.
- Provide regular market insights, trade rationale and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field. Trading or blockchain certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, financial markets or related trading roles.
- Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain fundamentals and digital asset ecosystems.

- Analyse technical indicators, charts and fundamental market data to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Manage trading risk through effective position sizing, stop-loss strategies and capital allocation.
- Track portfolio performance, profit and loss, and exposure across commodity assets.
- Stay updated on global economic indicators, geopolitical developments, weather patterns and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate trade logs, reports and performance summaries.
- Ensure adherence to company trading policies, risk limits and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with risk management, compliance and operations teams to support smooth trading activity.
- Provide regular market insights, trade rationale and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & skills
