Chief Accountant
Oversee accounting operations, financial statements, and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies
- Supervise and guide accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns
- Support management with financial analysis, reports, and recommendations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA / CMA / CPA preferred)
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, with leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team management skills
Crypto Trader
Execute cryptocurrency trades across spot, futures, and derivatives markets
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cryptocurrency trades across spot, futures, and derivatives markets based on approved strategies
- Monitor real-time market movements, price trends, volume, and liquidity across multiple exchanges
- Analyze technical indicators, charts, and market data to identify profitable trading opportunities
- Manage risk through proper position sizing, stop-loss strategies, and capital allocation
- Track portfolio performance, profit & loss (P&L), and exposure across assets
- Stay updated with crypto market news, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic factors affecting digital assets
- Maintain detailed trade logs, reports, and performance summaries
- Ensure adherence to company trading policies, risk limits, and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with risk management, compliance, and operations teams as required
- Provide regular market insights, trade rationale, and performance reports to management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (certifications in trading or blockchain are a plus)
- Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, financial markets, or related trading roles
- Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain fundamentals, and digital asset ecosystems
- Proficiency in trading platforms, charting tools, and technical analysis software
- Solid knowledge of risk management, leverage, and portfolio diversification
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- High level of discipline, emotional control, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced market environments
Commodity Trader
Execute commodity trades across physical and derivative markets
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commodity trades across physical and derivative markets, including futures, options, and forwards, based on approved trading strategies
- Monitor real-time market movements, price trends, supply–demand dynamics, volume, and liquidity across commodity exchanges
- Analyze technical indicators, charts, and fundamental market data to identify profitable trading opportunities
- Manage trading risk through effective position sizing, stop-loss strategies, and capital allocation
- Track portfolio performance, profit & loss (P&L), and exposure across commodity assets
- Stay updated on global economic indicators, geopolitical developments, weather patterns, and regulatory changes impacting commodity markets
- Maintain accurate trade logs, reports, and performance summaries
- Ensure adherence to company trading policies, risk limits, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate with risk management, compliance, and operations teams to support smooth trading activities
- Provide regular market insights, trade rationale, and performance reports to management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Agriculture, or a related field (professional trading certifications are a plus)
- Proven experience in commodity trading, financial markets, or related trading roles
- Strong understanding of commodity markets, supply chains, and price drivers (energy, metals, agriculture, etc.)
- Proficiency in trading platforms, market data systems, and technical analysis tools
- Solid knowledge of risk management, hedging strategies, leverage, and portfolio diversification
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to perform under market pressure
- Strong communication skills and experience working in fast-paced trading environments
